Chapter Two - And the Owl Came Back~ [Video/Action]
[The video feed will come on with a figure that most everyone in Luceti is probably familiar with by now. The large owl towering over the journal and an overcast sky above him as it rains lightly.]
Greetings citizens of Luceti, I am Wan Shi Tong, he who knows ten thousand things.
[Sound familiar?]
In my world I am the spirit of knowledge and I have my own library for the betterment of mankind. As such, I believe my services here would be most valuable to you.
However, it would seem that for some reason I am unable to enter your library. I would appreciate an explanation or perhaps some assistance in this matter.
[The feed will then cut off. And in the mean time, the owl will be sitting outside the library. In the rain. He's getting wet out here.]
[OOC: Feel free to either respond or run into Wan Shi Tong getting wet outside the library!]

Sorry. I can't see what's causing this, just yet. Why did you want to use the library?
[Action]
[He figures that's reason enough.]
[Action]
Do you spread it, feed from it, or hoard it?
[He's expecting "feed from it" given the strength of this barrier.]
[Action]
[Action]
[Always rough, but it always has to be an option. He can only imagine what his Mushi-collector friend would wail about if he lost his collection and had to start all over.]
Is there a particular type of knowledge you collect? Or is it simply all writings?
[Action]
That seems to be the only option at this time.
[Sigh.]
The majority of my collection is composed of writings yes. However I also keep specimens and artifacts. Anything that can be considered knowledge or learned from.]
[Action]
Except that there's no place Ginko would stay in for long if he could so help it.]Well, there's no shortage of strange knowledge to collect here, with people being from different worlds. I've been here a day and I'm already dizzy with the diversity.
[He'll shake out his umbrella a bit before opening it and stepping back out into the rain under it.]
I don't know if any of these buildings are open and available to begin a collection, or will be large enough to take care of one properly.
[Action]
It seems unlikely that any of these buildings are capable of housing myself, much less a collection.
[Action]
[Hmm. He pauses, and just steps aside so that people could go in and out of the library at their leisure.]
Are you the only spirit here?
[Action]

[Action]
[Which reminds him!]
Have you heard of mushi?
[Action]
[Action]
Once you have a library set up, I can contribute at least a few stories for you.
[Action]
[Wan Shi Tong is starting to like you, sir.]
What is your name?
[Action]

[Action]
I hope I'll be able to read or hear some of your stories as well, Wan Shi Tong. For now, I'll go grab a map of this place. We can find somewhere dryer to read it out of the rain, then.

[It shouldn't take too long, right? The maps section probably isn't too hidden, and there's bound to be a copy of the Luceti map. He'll come back, the map carefully rolled up and in a cloth bag. He'll take up his umbrella again.]
Alright. Let's find a building better suited to your size for now, at least.
[Some of these buildings are pretty large! Surely there's some space they can hunker down into.]
