Ah well. Perhaps it's because back home there's lots of regulations as well. I know here I can use my magic a lot more freely than back at home and it's...it's nice really to be able to have something like that. Not having to worry about facing death for preforming magic out in public is something I definitely would fight for if it was taken away here.

I'd suggest putting protective spells on the books so they couldn't be destroyed but I don't think people would take kindly to that idea either, even if I suggested it. But perhaps something like this could benefit us in a few ways. To be honest before you arrived I was thinking about implementing a system to keep track of books that were checked out and not checked out anyway. It's hard enough with the amount of traffic this place gets during the day.
