I visited the school rather recently and saw there were several guardsmen keeping watch for sight and sound of you and your allies. Those leaving with books are stopped and questioned most... severely... as to ensure they are not being delivered to you. Curious, really; they claim the books are for all, and yet refuse to grant you the very same privilege as the others.
